We really enjoyed our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The hotel staff were all so service-oriented and were always there to help and give advice on what to do and where to go. They were very nice and willing to assist with any request. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved having a kitchenette and all the amenities provided. The pool was also a highlight, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Excellent service and responsiveness from the staff. I experienced a problem with the air conditioning in my room and within minutes, four staff members were at my door to fix it. The security guards were also friendly and even showed me a shortcut to the BTS station. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and the 2-bedroom suite we changed to had a private garden. The proximity to the BTS station is a major plus.
